Our Team

Vincent Graham


Vincent started his construction career in 2006, working in the trades as a Formwork Carpenter. In 2008 he was accepted into the Construction Management and Property Undergraduate Course at the University of NSW. Over the course of his studies, he held various project management roles, which included projects valued over $130m. 

After obtaining his undergraduate degree at UNSW, Vincent secured a Building Inspector role with the Department of Housing, which catalysed his interest in Building Regulations and led him to the University of Western Sydney in 2013, where he earned a Graduate Diploma in Building Surveying. While at UWS, he worked with one of Sydney’s largest Building Consultancy Firms as a Senior Project Manager. It was here that he established and managed a team of Project Managers over several years, with a focus on delivering effective and creative building solutions for Strata Managers and Building Owners, gaining the experience and reputation necessary to establish his own firm. 

Vincent established Project Guides in 2017 to provide Strata Mangers, Building Managers and Building Owners with cost effective, timely and transparent building solutions. Since its inception, Project Guides has experienced steady growth because of Vince’s passion and commitment to client satisfaction and the safety and improvement of the community’s that Project Guides serve.  

Tim Davidson

Senior Project Manager

Tim transitioned his career to Construction Management and Consultancy after working in the design industry for 5 years. He secured his master’s degree in Construction Project Management at the University of NSW in 2015 and in the same year began working in Building Regulations Consultancy and Project Management. In 2016, he accepted an opportunity to move to the United States. During his time in the US, he worked as a Project Manager on a range of Commercial and Residential Ground-Up and Tenant Improvement Projects. He managed projects for Clients such as the Related Companies, Google, GAP and Adobe with contract values ranging between $5m to $350m.

At the end of 2021, Tim returned to Australia and joined the Project Guides Team as a Senior Project Manager. His experience in new construction projects and building regulations bolsters the diverse range of services that that the Project Guides team offers.

Jack Davidson

Project Manager

Jack graduated from the UNSW Construction Management and Property Undergraduate Course in 2019 and joined the Project Guides team in 2020. During his studies at UNSW he concurrently worked in the Financial Technology Industry, gaining experience in Contracts Administration, Client Relationship Management and Finance Management. His experience has been formative and invaluable to his approach in Project Management, where he has seen great success developing detailed and accurate project financials, scopes and programs and as a result has consistently met or exceeded the clients expectations.

During his time with Project Guides, he has developed trusted relationships with Contractors and Clients and successfully executed several projects in a growing portfolio.

James Marshall

Design Manager

James started his career in design internationally working at his father’s architecture practice in the UK. He holds formal qualifications in Industrial Design graduating with honours from the University of Wales. Shortly after completing university, James began working with an acclaimed British design studio where he managed a broad range of design projects for leading brands such as Victoria and Albert Baths. Since moving to Australia in 2017, James has worked on Commercial and Residential design projects with a particular focus on building regulations. James’ multidisciplinary design experience across a broad range of industries has enabled him to develop an effective design language which can be easily understood by clients and contractors across all project phases.

Katie Wagstaff

Office Administrator

Katie has an extensive background in education and administration, receiving her Bachelor of Primary Education at the University of Notre Dame in 2014. From various teaching and administration positions to volunteering her services in countries such as India and Kenya, she has developed exceptional organizational, people management and leadership skills. Originally joining the team in 2017 as an Office Manager, she has expanded her role, undertaking AFSS Management in partnership with many of our Strata clients.
